Climate change requires adaptation in the agriculture and forestry sector. At the same time, the increased need for biomass and renewable raw materials generates major development potential for the green sector and for rural areas. By gathering representatives of researchers, organisations, politicians and business, the conference will focus on new conditions that can lay the foundation for ‘the modern countryside’, and how it can contribute to sustainable development.
