Usage rights
All photographs taken by the Presidency's host photographer Gunnar Seijbold are owned by the Government Offices and are protected by copyright law. The photographs can be used free of charge in an editorial context or when giving information about the Swedish Presidency. The same applies to other high-resolution images available for downloading on se2009.eu. Special permission is required for other types of use. When publishing photographs, always give the name of the photographer and the source.

You are welcome to use the photographs of the ministers freely (Photographer: Pawel Flato) for editorial purposes, but not for commercial purposes, during the current electoral period, i.e. up until the election in 2010.
NB: be sure to always provide the name of the photographer when publishing.
