This city of 125 000 people is situated on the southern shore of Lake Vättern, in a strategic location between Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The informal ministerial meeting of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) was held here on 6-9 July.
